These Terms and Conditions define the rules, responsibilities, and usage boundaries for Shivay Infotech GPU infrastructure services.

1. Service Scope

Shivay Infotech provides GPU server hosting, setup support, and infrastructure operations for AI and compute workloads. Plan-specific configurations, availability, and support windows may vary by subscription tier.

2. Account Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for account security, workload behavior, credentials, and access permissions. You must ensure that your usage complies with applicable laws, third-party license terms, and platform acceptable-use standards.

3. Billing and Payments

Standard plans are billed monthly unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing. Enterprise contracts may include custom billing terms, onboarding fees, or usage commitments. Non-payment may result in service suspension.

4. Fair Use and Restrictions

You may not use the service for unlawful activities, unauthorized penetration testing, abusive traffic generation, or prohibited content hosting. Shivay Infotech reserves the right to restrict or terminate abusive workloads.

5. Support and Uptime

Support is provided on a best-effort basis unless covered by enterprise SLAs. Maintenance windows, upstream network conditions, or dependency outages may temporarily affect service availability.

6. Data and Liability

Customers are responsible for backup strategy and retention of critical data. Shivay Infotech is not liable for indirect losses, including business interruption, unless required by applicable law or contract.
